Episode 2 of Food and Wine Trails of Western Australia proudly features Mandurah Houseboats. In this episode Perth chef and show presenter Maurizio Di Ciano takes a houseboat trip across the Peel Inlet from Mandurah to South Yunderbup aboard Clancy Houseboat where he meets Mandurah Houseboats Owner Alan Hill and his team. The Chef cooks beautiful smoked Herring from Stan Djordjevic (The Herron Whisperer) and smoked Mullet donated by Meegan Watts, from Wattsies Place in Herron. Of course the show closes out with Maurizio cooking some locally caught crabs!
