A modern and luxurious houseboat, Kay J offers 3 double bedrooms, a set of bunks in the passageway, a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge area, a bathroom and 2 toilets. She also comes complete with air conditioning / heating, a smart TV, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside on the very spacious rear deck, you’ll find a table and chairs, BBQ, Esky and an outside shower on the swim deck.
