There is a separate main bathroom/toilet, spacious kitchen with full size gas stove/oven flowing to a good sized living/dining area.
A large uncluttered front deck, features child-friendly marine safety line netting on the rails, integrates with the living area though a large glass door and panoramic window. A good size fully shaded rear deck features a gas hood BBQ, plenty of over motor seating and a swim ladder for enjoying water activities and relaxing.
